At ~10:00 my lazy Tuesday has gotten off to a good start.
Last night’s segmented 6-hour sleep was pretty good: a 5-hour sleep, followed by an insomnia break of 1 1/2 hours, then another hour of sleep. So it took me 7 1/2 hours of sack time to get my nightly six, and that’s about as good as I can hope for these days.
Breakfast was healthy; plantain chips and walnuts, an orange, some braunschweiger (liverwurst) slices, a couple cups of coffee, and my morning regimen of vitamins and pills.
And Tuesday’s task list is light. The weather is super hot again today, so I’ll be spending most of my time indoors under the a/c. I can do that. 🙂
