Good morning, Monday

Working through my third cup of coffee, I see a good day ahead.

Last night’s sleep was pretty good, by my standards. I woke with my first alarm, now set at 05:00, and by the second alarm, set at 06:00, I’d already set the day’s coffee working, had recorded my blood pressure and body weight, had checked my bank balances online, and had downloaded my morning newspaper.

Now as 08:00 approaches, I’m detailing the day’s task list. And that looks very manageable. So we’ll see how that works out. I’ll check back with you later.
