Fighting inertia, trying to restart a workout routine.

In an attempt to improve my general health and physical condition, I’m once again trying to get a regular workout routine going. If I can just develop the habit of doing this a couple of times per week, week after week, it will be a good thing.

Today’s light workout

Calf raises:
2 sets of 10 reps

Half squats:
2 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell bench press:
2 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell concentration curls:
2 sets of 10 reps w. each arm

Bent over dumbbell raises:
2 sets of 10 reps with each arm
