light dumbbell workout – 21 April 2012

All right then, one goal for the week has been achieved: two physical workouts are now recorded. A goal for next week will be to repeat this: two light dumbbell workouts.

Today’s light workout:

Calf raises:
2 sets of 10 reps

Half squats:
2 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell bench press:
2 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell concentration curls:
2 sets of 10 reps with each arm

Bent over dumbbell raises:
2 sets of 10 reps with each arm
