light dumbbell workout – 02 May 2012

The first of this week’s two scheduled light dumbbell workouts is now in the books. And I’m half-way toward completion of one of my weekly goals.

Today’s light workout

Calf raises:
2 sets of 10 reps

Half squats:
2 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell bench press:
2 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell concentration curls:
2 sets of 10 reps w. each arm

Bent over dumbbell raises:
2 sets of 10 reps with each arm
