light dumbbell workout – 05 May 2012

A goal for this week has been achieved: two physical workouts are now recorded. A goal for next week will be to repeat this: two light dumbbell workouts.

The temptation to increase either the frequency or the intensity of these workouts is upon me. Maybe something along those lines will happen next week. We’ll see.

Today’s light workout:

Calf raises:
2 sets of 10 reps

Half squats:
2 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell bench press:
2 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell concentration curls:
2 sets of 10 reps with each arm

Bent over dumbbell raises:
2 sets of 10 reps with each arm
