last night’s sleep and dream – 18 July 2012 – https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gAU-_hsfJ7oo194yMTye-Zwts62yvrOffW2_cH3z3vA/edit
Verifying once again that my biological clock has firmly shifted away from night-person mode, last night’s solid and restful 8.5-hour sleep came from 21:00 to 05:30. And that sleep brought a peaceful dream.
The dream wasn’t particularly long, but it was detailed. It had me enjoying a time of relaxation and rejuvenation at a quiet personal retreat. Though I only had one room to myself, it was in a larger complex housing other retreatants and managed by a staff of quiet and efficient attendants who saw to our basic needs: meals, laundry, security, etc. Located in a remote, wooded area with rolling hills, streams, and a lake, there were walking paths I could explore at my leisure. All in all, this was one of the nicer dreams I’ve had recently.
