What WAS I thinking?!

Recent snippets from the Random Thoughts file I keep on the Raspberry Pi, update during the early hours of my days, and upload to a public folder on Google Drive.

03 Dec. 2012 – Monday

~11:00 1.) And another productive Monday morning moves right along. 2.) If I don’t cut back on this nearly constant eating, the bathroom scales are going to mock me mercilessly.

~07:15 1.) Once again the Sandman brought me an uncomfortable, uneven sleep filled with unpleasant dreams. This all came during a good time window, from 22:00 to 06:00, but quality-wise… not so good. 2.) Setting priorities for the week ahead, I’ve decided on three main chores for the next three days, one per day.

02 Dec. 3012 – Sunday

~06:30 1.) An uneven sleep last night was filled with bad dreams best forgotten. Yuk! 2.) At least I’m awake early enough to make it to an early Mass. 3.) Interesting that the street lights outside my windows have stopped working again. The city crew sure didn’t do a very good job of repairing them last week.

01 Dec. 2012 – Saturday

~06:45 1.) The first entry of a new month finds adaptation to my ever-evolving computing environment continuing at a pretty good pace. I’ve disconnected the RPi from the Internet for the time being since my Chromebox in this room, and the Chromebook in the back room can handle the morning Internet work much better. 2.) Have just replaced the old with the new month’s pages in my F/C paper planner. I’ll really be happy to start 2013, then I’ll be moving from the pocket size pages back up to the classic. Working in that will be SO much easier!

30 Nov. 2012 – Friday

~10:15 1.) Last night’s sleep was segmented, restful, and entertaining. The 1st 5.5 hr. segment from 21:00 to 02:30 was restful and solid; the 2nd 2.5 hr. segment from 04:30 to 07:00 was more dozing than actual sleep, but was filled with vivid lucid dreaming. 2.) Adaptation to my new room arrangement continues to go quite well! 3.) Today’s main chores will include end of month bookkeeping and preparation for December.
