Avoiding distractions

As I sit here on Friday morning, waiting for the morning’s mental fog to lift, and building the day’s task list, I note that accomplishing the chores ahead of me will require mental discipline as much as mental acuity.

Avoiding distractions will be important for me today.

Now, to work on those chores.
