Woah! These melatonin dreams are really something else!
I often depend on melatonin to counter the effects of the heavy insomnia that plagues me. Taking enough of that food supplement before head hits pillow will often give me at least six, seven, or even eight hours of sleep, though that sleep may be spread over a few segments.
One side effect of such melatonin use is vivid dreaming. Very vivid and realistic! Last night’s dream woke me as a giant alligator rose from the swamp water in the lower level of my house and threatened to attack me. Popped my eyes wide open, that did! Whew!
